TLCCC has been involved in supporting activities of overseas orphanages. However, after the Great East Japan Earthquake, as we feel the need for orphanages, we have decided to begin the work of orphanages in Japan. Although we have no experience in the activities of orphanages in Japan, we would like to build an orphanage as soon as possible with your guidance and support. Concerning the building of an orphanage in Japan.
At present, we are in the process of deciding on the location of the orphanage. Please pray so that we can find a location in accordance with God's will. Currently, we need the following qualifications concerning the staff of the orphanage for building of an orphanage in Japan. If you feel a burden for the work of orphanage (children's nursing home), please try to satisfy these qualifications.
Needed Qualifications of the staff:
1)Child instructor:A graduate of a training school for the staff of child welfare facilities or other training institutions.
A person who has graguated from a department of a university or college (undergraduate), which specializes in psychology, pedagogy, or sociology or who has completed an equivalent course.
A person who obtained admision into a graduate school by getting course credits of subjects concerning psychology, pedagogy or sociology with honor in a department of a university or a college (undergraguate).
A person who has graduated from a post-graduate course specializing in psychology, pedagogy, or sociology or who has completed an equivalent course.
A person who has graguated from a department which specializes in psychology, pedagogy, or sociology in a foreign university or college.
A person who has engaged in child welfare for more than 2 years.
A person who has a qualification for teachers in an elementary school, a junior high school, or a high school.

4)Dietician
5)Orphanage cook
