Final Stage
Hakuba Synergoi Camp will be held in only one week.
We have the meeting for the camp today. And the staff meeting will be held at least two times. So we need to pray for our protections in the camp thoroughly.
This is the photo that I took in the staff meeting last week. Recently, the news that I'm being updated at the blog become known to everyone. So when I try to take a photo, they run away. Is it the reason why I'm shooting when they are off guard?
One brother who got used to fall asleep in the service said that he could not sleep well because he was worried about my shooting.

Staff meeting
This is the evangelical division of the Hakuba staff meeting. We are making preparations for many guests.
Besides, we'll have an evangelical meeting for newcomers in this camp.

Ski and Snowboard
Hakuba Synergoi Camp presents the time of ski and snowboard. Experienced ski players will join the camp. So you can apply for the camp even though you are a newcomer.This is Pastor Sasanuma who is in charge of skiing. She grew up in the northern part of Japan and was good at skiing.
Movie Festival
Recently, the level of making our videos is rapidly progressing. So we look forward to our movie festival in this camp.

Charismatic Seminar
The word of Synergoi means "co-worker" in Greek. That means that we work together and are equipped together. Therefore, this camp actually means "co-worker's camp".
We'll have the time of learning about the gifts of the Holy Spirit (Charisma). Last year we divided into several parts, and learned practically.Pastor Kitano was in charge of the gifts of healings in the tatami room. He always looked at the camera!
North Alps
We always stay at Green Plaza Hotel for our retreats. This hotel is located on a beauty spot. Whenever we visit here, we feel so happy to see the beautiful scenery. It is the best scenery spot not only in Summer but also in Winter! So if you like to see the beautiful scenery, this place is suitable for you.

Maybe you are a house wife and worried about your children. Never worry! Children including infants are allowed in the camp. We'd like to take care of them during the meetings.

Nagano prefecture where the Camp will be held is famous for the production of apples, and they have apple-flavored soft-serve ice cream. It is quite good.

This is pastor Amagai at the office of our church. He said, "Take your photo as your pleasure because there are no hanging out washing. Anyway, the number of applicants of the camp is now 326. The last number was 333. I believe that the number will be over the last one in two days./p>

At 1:30 pm, 17 Feb., our movie festival will be held at the camp.

She, a daughter of Mr.& Ms.Obata, is going to debut on Hakuba Camp. She will take a charted bus from Tokyo Antioch Church with her parents! I hope she will be fine!

The day after tomorrow, finally Hakuba Camp will start! Pastor Peter Kubota, who is on this picture, is flying from LA to Narita now! He will return in time for the Camp. He will share what the Movie Award ceremony was and other things at Hakuba, also we have a movie show there. If you love film, Don't miss it!
Follow up
This year we have more than 300 participants in the camp,
They are our staff to look after people. If you have a problem at the meeting or other time, they are ready to help you in any time!

Pastor Hikaru, the boss of the film department
You will see that Pastor Hikaru will be very busy and work hard for the film contest, seminar for film making and at all the meeting as a PA staff at the camp.
His father is also a pastor, he is second generation. His father will come to the camp, almost same face. You can recognize him easily.
Seminar on the gifts of the Holy Spirit
Yesterday, each lecturer of the seminar about the gifts of the Holy Spirit was announced. It is very rare that such a lecture will be held in Japan.
First of all, Pastor Paul Akimoto will give us a general lecture about the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Then, evangelist Fushigi Akimoto will deliver a lecture about the gift of prophecy.
After that, you will be able to take each course about the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Each lecturer will give some seminars and practices. These are very solid study regarding the spiritual gifts. If you are interested in the gifts of the Holy Spirit according to the Bible, please join us!The above photo is that Pastor Elijah Urushima lectured on the gifts of discerning spirits last year. Meal
All dishes at Green Plaza Hotel Hakuba are very tasty. They serve more than 50 kinds of dishes and it is buffet style. It is totally different from stereotype about Christian camp. You can find a new aspect of Christian camp!In the back room, Madoka is eating greadily!
Meeting
This time as same as before, we will have a special meeting for the newcomer while a general meeting is held.
So if you have never joined this camp or you are not believer, you are most welcome!

Today, Gifts and Gospel Seed will hold a concert at "Za"-Kouenji near our church, Tokyo Antioch Church. It starts at 6:00 pm. The work of praise bands is advancing before going to Hakuba.

This is Pastor Paul Kitano came to Tokyo from Hokkaido today. He came from Asahikawa, Hokkaido, and Asahikawa was -7 degree. He said "It's hot in Tokyo". He also said "It feels like Spring time".
