Kakuuto village in the Rakai District is 200 kilometers south of Kampala, Uganda’s capital city, has an orphanage and an academy a Japanese male opens. They are called NEWTOPIA CHILDREN’S HOME and
NEWTOPIA ACADEMY. He started this work with all of his possessions in around 1981. Recently he was
diagnosed with heart disease and then it became difficult to manage for a while. Now it is active by support
from volunteers.
