Before the overseas mission trip, I take care of my physical condition too.
Especially I take care of my weight gain and loss.

I am preparing my physical condition to keep my best weight!

Most of all, they say that is the meat, inexpensive and tasty.
Speaking of a meat, I remember the meat given from the Brazilian neighbor was so very good〜

Rio de Janeiro is a tourist resort which has many slopes.

The team members went to the night meeting of the church which we borrowed the room for the charismatic meeting to greet.

I was blessed in the prayer meeting…
I thought that I would go back home without eating, but for the preparation for the traffic jam of maintenance work on Chuo express way? I decided to eat.

Though there was not much traffic jam of maintenance work, I take a little break here! I eat ice cream to keep my eyes open.…
Now, I have 30 more minutes to drive from here.

The convenient thing when go to overseas mission.

It’s useful because of terrible dry air in the airplane.
